Gangsta manga creator Kohske revealed on her Twitter account that she has been diagnosed with systemic lupus erythematosus. She went on to say that her "joints and blood vessels became inflamed, causing anemia, malaise and fever. One eye was almost blind." However, she explained that her work will continue, but slowly and that she has already submitted a new chapter of the Gangsta manga.
Kohske isn't her real name but rather her pen name; she has yet to revealed her real name.
