Online Nurse

Please feel free to ask our online nurse a question. She answers e-mails twice a week so allow her a few days to get back to you.

Due to the number of questions we get from patients the St Thomas' Lupus Trust employs Angie Barwick to answer questions by email.  Angie was a sister here for 15 years and is the author of 'Lupus a guide for Nurses'. She is able to answer any type of question on lupus and related ilnesses only and has the full back up of the doctors at the Louise Coote Lupus Unit if she needs guidance on any subject.

Angie is not based at the unit so is unable to access patient records.  E-mails can only be answered if they are written in English as we do not have translation services available.

Please note that Angie can answer medical questions on lupus and related conditions only, all other enquiries such as fundraising, media and website related queries should be made to the contact address/number on on the 'Contact' page
