Superheroes 5k walk/run 2011
Have you always wanted to dress up as your favourite superhero? Well now's your chance!!
The 5k (3 mile) walk/run will be taking place in Regents Park on Sunday 15th May (which is just after World Lupus Day). Costumes will be provided or you can make your own - maybe a 'lupus superhero'!?
There will be 1,000 runners and walkers representing different charities (as in the Marathon). Registration is £20 and you will commit to raising a very low minimum sponsorship of £100 for us on justgiving.com.
No previous experience is required for the London event and with a bit of training the distance should easily be within your capabilities. The spirit of the event is 'taking part' not 'winning' so you can run, jog, walk (or crawl!) - you decide! Make a day of it, bring a picnic!

Please pass the word round anyone you know that likes to take part in walks/runs as the more the merrier - perhaps you could get a whole gang together from your company? They can also advertise the company!
