Ready Steady Cook
Lupus patient Charlotte Parsley and sister Jessica appeared on Ready Steady Cook on Friday 29th September on BBC2. Just in time for Lupus Awareness Month!
We thought their story would be of interest to the programme as firstly their name is 'Parsley' (!) and also since Charlotte received a kidney transplant (from mum Marion) last year she's developed a taste for spicy food which she didn't have before the operation, but mum Marion did! Charlotte needed to learn a whole new range of recipes to cater for her new tastes!
The girls were great and gave lupus a huge plug - and also donated the £100 prize money to the St Thomas' Lupus Trust which was very sweet of them!
