We have a number of exciting challenges - including treks and bike rides, if you need more information or would like to sign up for a challenge please call us on 020 7188 3562.

We advise you sign up at least 6 months before a challenge to ensure you have sufficient time to raise the sponsorship, so sign up as soon as you can!!

How fit do I have to be?
You do need to have a reasonable to high level of fitness to take part.

Raising the sponsorship!
Raising thousands of pounds sounds daunting but broken down into smaller amounts it is more easily achieved.
