Keith Fraser took part in the Ironman Lanzarote Canarias Triathlon on 22nd May 2004. It consists of - 3.8K swim, 180K bike, 42.2K run. Finishing in an amazing 11hrs 45 mins 11 secs and raising over £3,000. This is his story.
